1. We will comply with relevant laws and other regulations regarding the handling of customers' personal information.
2. When obtaining customers' personal information, we will do so through lawful and fair means, without obtaining it through unauthorized methods. We will notify and disclose the purpose of use to the customers themselves, who are the subject of the personal information. If there is a need to use it beyond the scope of the intended purpose, we will inform the customers again about the new purpose and use it with their consent.。
3. We will take appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, leakage, etc., to customers' personal information.
4. When outsourcing the handling of personal information externally, we will conclude necessary contracts and conduct proper supervision.
5. In response to requests such as disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deletion, etc., of one's own personal information from the individual who is the subject of the personal information, after confirming their identity, we will provide appropriate responses.
6. Except in the following cases, we will not disclose personal information to any third party:
i. When the customer gives consent
ii. When disclosing in a state where the customer cannot be identified (such as statistical data)
iii. When ordered to disclose or submit information by judicial or administrative authorities based on laws and regulations
7. We will continually review and improve our efforts toward personal information protection.
